About us
The Daily Movement is a Singapore-based fitness and wellness provider that believes in sustainable and inclusive fitness. From dynamic outdoor group classes and personalized training sessions, to wellness workshops and community events, we believe in cultivating a vibrant community where everyone can thrive – all whilst achieving your fitness and wellness goals.
Our journey started in May 2020 during Singapore's Circuit Breaker period when we gathered a team of fitness instructors to offer online workouts, workshops, and fundraisers. Our inaugural fundraiser for AWARE Singapore collected $1,500, followed by over $2,500 raised for HOME.org.
As the situation improved post-Circuit Breaker, we transitioned to in-person classes. Today, we provide weekly bootcamps for adults and kids, and organise regular community events such as the TDM Sunset Race and the annual MUPRH. Additionally, we've begun participating in various fitness competitions with our coaches and members. From our inception till today, our primary goal is to foster an active, vibrant community through fitness and wellness.
